RETURNS POLICY
Faults A straight exchange in the same size will be offered for faulty shoes. In some cases, it will be necessary to return the shoe to the manufacturer for a quality inspection before being able to offer an exchange. If the replacement is not liked by the customer a credit note valid for 3 months will be issued. If a replacement can’t be found, a refund will be offered. Fitting Issues In the rare event of a problem occurring due to the fitting of a shoe, an exchange will be offered provided that: a) the customer initially chose the ‘best fit’ shoe as judged by the fitter, b) the shoe has been worn with socks at all times, and c) the shoe has been fastened correctly when worn. If the 'best fit' replacement is not liked by the customer a credit note valid for 3 months will be issued. If a good fitting replacement can’t be found from stock, a refund will be offered. We pride ourselves on excellent advice and working with the customer for the 'best fit'. However, the final choice always remains with the customer. If the customer does not choose the 'best fit' or accepts at the time of fitting/purchase that a shoe is not 'best' or ideal' fit then no form of return will be accepted. Other A credit note may be offered for other cases, purely at our discretion. Returns due to a change of mind will not normally be accepted, even if the shoe is unworn.
