Orders can be placed easily online through the 'Shop' button.

We will contact you by phone to confirm all your items are in stock and take your credit or debit card payment over the phone.   Items will be despatched within 2 working days via Royal Mail.  If you want to collect the items from the shop, we will package everything up and you can pop in to collect!  

If your order is a present, we can deliver them to another address and even gift wrap them if you like!  You can add 'Gift Box' from the shopping menu.   

We pride ourselves on accurate shoe measuring and fitting in store, particularly with our Start-rite brand as we offer a wide range of sizes, half sizes and width fittings (from narrow C in school shoes, to wide H in many styles).  It is not possible to sell these shoes online but so you can see a small sample of the styles we hold, you can view them on our gallery pages.  If you want to buy shoes online, then please phone us to discuss this individually.

Shoes which are sold online include single fitting shoes such as Birkenstocks, Converse, Wellies and Geox trainers.  If you're not sure about a size, call us for a chat as sizes vary across brands.  Generally Converse come up small (so go a size bigger) and Birkenstocks are big (so go smaller!). 

For any of the items in the 'Shop' you can see a bit more detail if you click on the picture or the 'more info' button.  You will be able to see different pictures and select the colour options and sizes and specify a second choice size or colour if your preferred option is out of stock.

Please note, although the sizes and colours listed are updated regularly, we cannot guarantee they are available.   When we call to confirm your order we will clarify the full details of everything and we will not charge you for items which cannot be delivered.
